Michelin-Star chefs from around the world will take part in this three day gourmet extravaganza. Hosted by the Conrad's Gusto chef, Heinz Beck, the Gourmet Culinary Extravaganza promises to be THE gastronomic show of the year.   

Five superb events over three days, at the award winning Conrad Algarve resort - the perfect setting for the presentation of some of the most stunning culinary creations you are ever likely to experience, prepared by eleven worldclass chefs with a total of 19 Michelin stars between them. Conrad Algarve sommelier Antonio Lopes, named Best Portuguese Sommelier, will be on hand throughout the Extravaganza, with a selection of superb Portuguese wines to pair with the chefs' outstanding dishes.

As well as enjoying exquisite cuisine, this show gives you the opportunity to watch the chefs in action in Gusto's open kitchen. And, if you're a party animal, the Underground Culinary Extravaganza on the 30th Oct. - a garage party with live music and a seated dinner featuring all of the attending chefs, with Portuguese wine pairing - is definitely not to be missed!
